How we get it:
Method of natural refermentation in the bottle. The base wine at the end of fermentation is preserved at low temperature in steel containers. After bottoling undergoes yeast maturation for at least 18 months. After manual working on pupitres it is disgorgered with aging in the bottle at least 3 months before being placed on the market.
Technical data:
Alcohol: 12,5 % vol.
Sugar: 4,5 grammi/litro;
Total acidity: 6,55 grammi/litro
Organoleptic test:
Colour: more or less intense straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perlage: fine, abundant and persistent.
Fresh and delicate fragrance of the right intensity with aroma of yeast.
Taste: Taste of good sapidity and freshness, pleasant.
Notes: Serve it at a temperature of 6-8°C, better if placed in a bucket containing ice
