Franciacorta Extra Brut Biologico

Geographical feature of the vineyards:


La Fiòca, Tesa, Camaione e Quintalane, located in the municipality of Corte Franca (BS), mid hill, cultivation with Guyot system (5000 stubs per Ha).

Grapes


Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vinified in white.

How we get it:


Is produced only in certain vintages following the classic method of natural refermentation in the bottle. The base wine is aged in steel barrels and part in small wooden bins. After bottoling, undergoes yeast maturation for at least 60 months. It is worked manually on pupitres, disgorgered with aging in the bottle at least 3 months before being placed on the market.

  • Alcohol: 12,5 % vol.
  • Sugar: 3,0 grammi/litro;
  • Total acidity: 6,50 grammi/litro

Organoleptic test:


Colour: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections.
Perlage: Really fine, abundant and persistent
Fragrance: Full of pleasnt sensations of boisé and pleasnt evolutionary notes.
Taste: Wine of elegant structure, rightly evolved, reproposes the sensation percived to the nose.

Notes: Serve it at the temperature of 8/10°C in good sized glasses; for its peculiar characteristics can be also served throughout the meal.
